Intake Procedure:If a woman must travel to obtain her abortion, she can call the Fund's helpline. The Fund is only able to provide support for the costs of travel and accommodation, so if these are her needs she can leave her name a contact number. A staff member will call her the next working day to discuss her needs, and will consult the fund balance to determine how much money the fund can give. The woman must already have an appointment booked at a clinic, and the staff member will call the clinic to confirm this. Funds are limited and amounts will be determined on a case by case basis.
