Intake Procedure:The Fund uses clinic referral from Tennessee clinics only. If a woman is seeking funding from EAF, she first visits a clinic to determine length of pregnancy and lets them know she is seeking financial assistance through EAF. If she can't be seen at a TN clinic because of length of pregnancy, the Fund also funds for TN residents at Summit Medical in Atlanta, GA.
If a clinic is unwilling to work with the Fund, a woman should contact equalaccessfund@gmail.com. The Fund will contact the clinic to arrange funding if possible.
