Intake Procedure:A woman calls the Fund and receives information about the no-interest loan and that she is expected to pay back at whatever monthly amount fits her budget. The client arranges to meet with Fund staff and go over the paperwork. The client is asked to make her appointment prior to this meeting. The paperwork includes an application, demographic information, release of claims and the loan agreement. She fills out the paperwork and the Fund establishes how much she will be loaned and how much she will pay back each month. The Fund requests that women apply for Denali Kid Care before requesting a loan. Once the loan is approved a voucher is sent to the clinic and the billing is between the fund and the clinic. A month or two later, the billing with the patient begins.
