Intake Procedure:Women should call DCAF at 202-452-7464. It is only a voicemail system so no one will ever answer. Volunteer Case Managers will return calls in the order they are received and will typically respond within 24-48 hours. Case Managers will call from a blocked telephone number so women calling DCAF need to make sure that their phone is set up to accept calls from blocked/unknown phone numbers.
