Intake Procedure:Women leave a message on Fund's voice mail. Women are asked to leave their name, number and any special contact information such as not identifying as the Fund. A volunteer will get back to the woman within two days and the call will be returned between the hours of 8:30pm and 10:30pm. Women need to have an appointment set up.

Eligibility:Clients of Concord Feminist Health Center only; Reduced fee for women on Medicaid between 6 weeks to 14 weeks 6 days.

Intake Procedure:The Fund asks the woman what her household income is and if she is on Medicaid. Fees are based on income level and amount of dependents. If woman is still struggling with the fee after reduction is given the Fund will do NAF funding with her. If after this woman still cannot afford her appt, the Fund/clinic schedules her out to 9 weeks, and gives her the phone number for New Hampshire Fund For Choice. In the end, if a woman still does not have her fee together she will have her abortion without bringing the fee, and the clinic will bill her for her outstanding balance. The Fund rarely gets paid back, but does not send women to collection agencies. Sometimes she comes for another abortion, and if so the Fund does expect her to bring her outstanding balance from her previous abortion. In some situations the Fund does not bill the woman at all.
